Sit back and relax as you watch boats sail by with the Seattle skyline as the backdrop at this sprawling estate. Situated on 2.7 acres with direct waterfront access, this home has enough room for the entire family. Four fully furnished bedrooms, a bonus room with a Murphy bed, and four spacious bathrooms. The home has everything you need from a fully equipped kitchen, large dining room, grand living room, sprawling lawns, kids playground, covered outdoor grill station, and a hot tub! We recommend taking a stroll down the private path to the beach, bringing a picnic, and staying a while! It is easy to come and truly enjoy your vacation here at Bainbridge Island.
The first floor is the main living area of the home including the kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room. Views of Puget Sound are plentiful from the common areas and provide a peaceful backdrop to your stay. The kitchen has new Viking appliances and all of the pots, pans, and accessories you need. Accessories include a coffee maker (and grinder), blender, toaster, waffle maker, crockpot, electric kettle, hand mixer, baking sheets, and baking pans.
The first floor also contains two (2) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom suite has a king bed, a desk and chair, 3 closets with plenty of space for clothes, and an en suite bath with a tub/shower combo. The second downstairs bedroom has a pull-down queen murphy bed. When not used as a bedroom this room is often used as a kids play room with a cork board on the wall and some toys in the cabinets. Off the same hallway is the second downstairs bathroom. It has a shower.
The second floor contains the three (3) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms. The master bedroom commands 180 degree views of Puget Sound. It has a king bed, dresser, and reading nook. The en suite master bath has radiant heated floors, a double vanity, large soaking tub, separate shower, and two walk in closets. The master bathroom is also connected to the second upstairs bedroom at the end opposite the master bedroom. This second bedroom contains a queen bed and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom is located at the end of the upstairs hall and contains two twin beds and a walk-in closet. The second upstairs bathroom room is located on the upstairs hallway between the second and third upstairs bedrooms and has a combination tub/shower.
Despite all of the interior amenities, the outdoor spaces are where this home shines. Relax while watching boat traffic, planes, and maybe a whale or two from the large deck. Play in the in-deck pool (coming soon) or warm up in the new 8 person hot tub. The covered outdoor grill is perfect to prepare a steak, seafood, or veggies. The tiered yard has 3 different levels separated by natural boulder walls and abundant foliage. Two large grass areas can be used for picnics or other outdoor enjoyment. The lower yard has a kids playground with swings, slide, and fort. Follow the path down the hill, past the natural marsh to the beach. The driftwood covered beach is perfect for a long walk. If the tide is low, you can walk in the tidal zone in search of squirting clams.
This home is the perfect family escape for an extra long weekend (or longer)!

Summary: Here is what was disappointing for us FB on our trip. All of this was conveyed to the owner a few days into our trip and I never heard back from them: • only one working tv in house - tv in living room wires cut at floor and electronic as pictured are not there •all appliances on there last leg - cooktop is difficult to use because there are no markers left by knobs because they all have been scratched off and the oven is cooks so uneven it is close to not functioning - the dishwasher cleans like crap and latch sometimes struggles to stay closed •the outdoor grill was covered with chucks of burned chicken • the jacuzzi “might” not be working - well not working and looked like it had been abandoned for a long time - would have been nice to get confirmation the repair did not happen • there were dirty dishes in cabinet - plates with red food and milky glasses - I cleaned them all and pulled out the cracked pieces in a drawer - cheapest grade dishes and silverware • 1 room has multicolored disco lights attached to main as main light switch • the study room - which we really needed has two very small windows with blackout electric shades and one of them Is broken so it is dark and not usable as a study • several broken or missing closet doors • pillows and bedding are just like the dishes - cheap and uncomfortable • the house is lacking in furniture- you get a bed and maybe a dresser in the rooms - more soft seating would be great • can’t use fireplaces but full of charcoal and ash • outside lighting doesn’t work so when you come after dark it is extremely dark • there are random personal item in drawers, closets, and cabinets - needs a through cleaning and organizing

Summary: Property was clean , the view was beautiful. The only minor thing was that none of the bath tubs held water when plugged. I would absolutely stay here again .
